We stayed in the Yellow Room and loved it!

“We had a most enjoyable stay at the Laindons. Its a beautiful house and the owners/staff are very welcoming and friendly. We loved the breakfasts especially, some great choices and top quality ingredients – beautifully prepared and presented. The Laindons is in the middle of Hight Street, only yards from a passage that leads directly to The Bourne car park, for which we were provided with an overnight pass.”

Great start to our honeymoon!

“We stayed in the yellow room which was enormous, super clean with welcoming decor and plenty of nice features.
The B&B operates an honesty fridge and is a really relaxed place to be. It’s well placed for a walk down into town, or up into the park.
Malcolm and Karen are wonderful hosts, always smiling. They’ve even included earplugs in the rooms in case of irritating seagulls. The breakfast is probably the best you’ll find on the south coast, with a lovely view, fresh flowers grown by Malcolm.
We’ll definitely return if we plan another trip to Hastings, not surprised to see so many 5* reviews on this site!”

Room Rates: Mon-Thur £210 Double, £210 Single – Fri-Sun £225 Double, £225 Single

This is our largest bedroom. You get your own seating area to enjoy panoramic views over Hastings Old Town, All Saint’s Church and East Hill. Its King size bed is fitted with fine Egyptian cotton bed linen. The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath and a separate shower cubicle.
